Volume 1, Issue 3, June 2018

Dear Colleague,

Welcome to our third issue of the MindShare Workspace GroWorker eMag. One of our goals is to help create a greater awareness of the future of work and learning with the emerging trend of
co-working.

We were honoured recently to host the Peel District Board leaders for an Innovation Retreat where I served as the keynote.
As we've recently hit the classic 'Tipping-point,' in our workspace, we're seeing a greater demand for meeting and event space besides office and desk space. The concept of coworking is relatively new and began some 10 years ago in Whistler, B.C. according to insight I gained while at the World Conference on Coworking last September.

Given our accelerated grown in our space at Erin Mills Town Centre shopping mall, we've had a serious inquires about franchising which is definitely in the plans.

Further, the Retail Insider article that featured our grand opening predicted that by 2020, we may see coworking spaces popping up in most major malls throughout North America.

I look forward to the opportunity to connect and explore how we can team up with you to meet your growing needs as an individual, business or not for profit organization.

Until next time, keep the growth curve steep!

Best,

Dear Coworkers,

I am so happy with how successful the Groworker has been doing. Thank you to all of our subscribers for taking the time to open the newsletter and reading about our latest events and news. This issue's quote of the week is particularly interesting because it is from an article that talks about something we started right here in Canada.

Continue to be awesome and working hard fellow coworkers!

Don't be afraid to contact us about any interest in what we do or any suggestions about making the Groworker newsletter better.

"Coworking spaces have served a plethora of modern workers through physical spaces. There have been office blocks, private member clubs, coffee shops and more. Now, there’s a new trend on the horizon: coworking spaces in shopping centres. Whilst this might be an innovative environment for coworking spaces, the arrangement also forms part of the retail industry’s move towards a new shopping mall model emerging in 2030."
